David was born and raised in Maryland. He went to college at Shenandoah University where he received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration. He later received his MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2008.

David's 20-year professional career has been in sales in a variety of industries that include:
•Car Rentals
•Oil
•Telecommunications
•HR & Payroll

David has been a top performer in all of these industries and attributes his success to learning his craft and building relationships. He strongly believes that without these professional relationships he would not be where he is in his career today.

For the past 11 years, David has been working in the HR & Payroll industry, first, with Paychex and now with isolved. The experience he has gained in this industry has taught him the importance of businesses forming partnerships that can assist them with navigating the ever-changing landscape of managing employees. With isolved he continues to learn more about improving the Employee Experience to help organizations retain their experienced employees and grow their organizations.

David is married with five kids and two spoiled dogs. He says that if you asked his wife, she would say they have seven kids! David loves spending time with his family on the water and traveling. He also enjoys mowing the lawn. For the past 10 years, David has coached youth sports in both Head Coach and Assistant Coach positions, primarily, with the Glenburn Little League. He has also helped coach Bangor Travel Soccer and Bangor West Little League. David says there is nothing more rewarding than helping a kid learn something and seeing the light in their eyes when they succeed.
