MissionAs a private, non-profit organization, our primary mission is to provide supports, programs and services that enhance the quality of life and independence of people with disabilities. Through a range of individualized services, we seek to promote abilities and achievements that contribute to self-respect, personal development, purposeful work, and meaningful participation in the community.
VisionWe envision helping to create a community where people can freely participate in all areas of community life regardless of their abilities. Our function will be to provide a broad framework of supports that relate to the personal goals developed with each individual. We will set a standard of excellence, that affirms the complex nature of each person and advocates a creative and compassionate approach at each level of achievement.
