In 1996, Michael received his BA in Business Administration, at Thomas More College, Crestview Hills, KY. In 2010, he completed his Master of Social Work (MSW), at the University of Maine, Orono, ME.

In addition to Michael's current role as Board President at Amicus, his professional career and community involvement include:

• Association (HOA), in Orono, managing association funds, reserves, service contracts, and property maintenance
• Current Director, and Past Vice President, of Driftwood Beach Club, a time-share community in S. Florida
